I’ll make it easier for you to get on the mat by coming to your workplace or home. Together we can put together a plan for achieving your goals - whether that’s working towards easing tension in your back, touching your toes, strengthening your core or getting some headspace.
Yoga at Work
Pre-work classes are a great way to start the day, lunch-time classes can boost energy levels and early evening sessions can help employees work off whatever the day has thrown at them. All we’ll need is a meeting room or other space for your group (and yes, a roof garden in summer works wonders!).
